Indoor air quality investigation – IAQ

Objectives: Learn about the different techniques for investigating “fungal” air quality, occupant comfort parameters, the equipment to use and the type of sample to collect depending on the case. Be able to interpret a laboratory report effectively.

Fungal decontamination

Objectives: Understand air quality assessment methods and understand and interpret laboratory reports. Understand the parameters affecting fungal growth in buildings and the different control strategies available. Be able to assess what constitutes a Type 1, 2 or 3 worksite and determine safe and effective methods and procedures for coarse and fine decontamination.

The course lasts 4 hours and includes :  

• A training certificate card ; 
• A training notebook.
